I’m hoping to improve DVB support in VLC over the next few months.
This is what I currently have planned:
- DVB-S service searching support (DONE)
- Allowing service searching with fta-only & use-nit config options
- Improving DVB UI panel to be more logical
- Improving how DVB channels are handled (currently they just become playlist items)
- Improved program information support
- Proper EPG support
